School’s back, pumpkin spice is everywhere, and somehow 2025 is racing by—where has the year gone?!

Sweet 16! Talie Jane just turned 16—sixteen years of creating design magic, all thanks to YOU, our incredible clients, partners, and friends. We couldn’t have done it without your continued trust and inspiration.

Extra, extra! I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve officially launched a monthly design column in the Tahoe Daily Tribune and Sierra Sun! I’ll be tackling your burning questions, from the latest trends to timeless tips, and giving you practical, insider advice on all things interiors. Check out our first article using the link below.

Big news—I’ve hit the small screen! I’m thrilled to be making weekly appearances on Outside Lake Tahoe TV—catch me on The Real Estate Show, Late Night Show, and Tahoe Today. From design tips to industry insights, I’ll be sharing all things interiors (and maybe a few behind-the-scenes secrets, too). Stay tuned for more—and be sure to check it out!

This fall has already been buzzing with creativity. I was honored to once again join the panel at the Reno Tahoe International Art Show, where we explored the secrets behind some of Tahoe’s most inspiring luxury properties. The show was brimming with artistry and talent—hope you got a chance to see it!

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined our July Paint Experience with Scott Forrest—his artwork continues to brighten our showroom walls (including one of the pieces created live at the event!). In August, Joaquin Fioresi filled the air with Spanish guitar, and in September, we shared insider tips on how to decorate a Christmas tree like a pro.

Engineer

Meet Julie! Julie is an Architectural Engineer and skilled draftsman, with over 15 years of experience in the construction and design industry.

Her love of the mountains drew her and her husband from their Vegas roots to settle down in Northern Nevada.

Julie brings experience in structural engineering, residential remodeling, electrical and lighting design, as well as plans production and coordination.

TJI welcomes another hockey family to the team; Julie and her family love travelling for sports and special events, and you will always find her with her family on the trails or at the beach!
