Major Remodel
This sprawling 5-acre estate, with breathtaking valley views, was built in 1990 and was therefore quite dated.
Our clients purchased the property in July of 2020 with the intent of making it their primary residence and were up to the challenge of a full remodel, inside and out.
The goal was to create a spectacular mountain-modern home with "wow-factors" in every room. However, the wow-factors needed to come in comfortable and casual forms since the couple’s grown children, grandchildren and dogs make frequent visits and large family gatherings are commonplace.
Every square inch of the home was renovated, including the indoor pool. An addition was built on the backside of the house to accommodate a patio with rolling doors (option to be a semi-open or completely closed space) and outdoor kitchen. All other renovations were made without significant reconfigurations which makes the before and after images even more impressive.
