Overnight Street Parking: What you Need to Know

Did you know that Delta Township has an Overnight Street Parking Ordinance that prohibits parking on the street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.?

The ordinance states that no person shall park any vehicle, including a vehicle used for commercial or recreational purposes, or any trailer on either side of any highway, freeway, street, or roadway located within the township between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of any day. A person who violates this section will receive a municipal civil infraction and be fined $15 per violation.

A copy of the ordinance can be found here . Please note that the Township and Delta Patrol actively enforces all Township Ordinances.
