Delta Joins Lansing Ignite FC Partnership

Recently Lansing Ignite FC announced a partnership with the Delta Township Parks & Recreation Department for their Youth Soccer Programs. The Delta Township joins Cap City Athletic 1847, Lansing Soccer Club, Soccer Kickers, and Waverly Fùtbol Club as partners of the professional team.
Included in the partnership are a number of incentives and unprecedented access to LIFC players, the coaching staff and club resources. It is recreational in nature, introducing the basics of soccer while stressing fun. Coaches for the program are parent volunteers and referees are high school/college students. Training sessions for the program’s volunteer coaches and referees are provided prior to every season.
