We continue to be in difficult, challenging and changing times: from COVID and modified open schedules to understanding the workplace implications of the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and so many more. 

As managers, what changes do we need to make in ourselves and in our organizations to truly demonstrate that Black Lives Matter? Many of us struggle for the right words, feelings, and how to not only survive but to use these moments to thrive and grow ourselves and our teams both personally and professionally, all while staying as socially distant as possible.
