Welcome to the June 2026

Tall Cop Boots On The Ground™ Newsletter

Summer is here, and as always, the drug landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace.

One of the projects that has been especially exciting for the Tall Cop Team has been the development of the very first Tall Cop Boots On The Ground™ Drug Resource Guide.

After months of research, writing, community scans, field observations, and collaboration, we are proud to announce that the guide is now available for presale!

Built from real-world observations gathered across communities throughout the United States, this resource was created to help professionals, parents, educators, prevention specialists, law enforcement, and community members better understand today's evolving substance landscape. Rather than relying solely on theory or headlines, this guide highlights what is actually being seen in stores, neighborhoods, and communities across the country.

Be among the first to receive your copy by preordering today!

Inside the guide you'll find:

• Emerging and evolving drug trends impacting communities today

• Established substances that continue to create challenges nationwide

• Hundreds of field photographs and real-world examples

• Product packaging, marketing tactics, and community scan findings

• Current information on substances, products, and paraphernalia being sold in stores

• Insights gathered from thousands of Boots On The Ground™ community scans conducted across America

• Practical information designed to support education, prevention, enforcement, and community awareness efforts

This is more than a drug guide. It is a field-based resource developed from what is actually showing up in communities today, helping readers stay informed, prepared, and ahead of emerging trends

I am also honored to share that I have been re-certified as an IADLEST International Certified Instructor. Through the National Certification Program (NCP), IADLEST establishes law enforcement training standards and best practices that enhance professionalism and critical skill sets for our nation's first responders. NCP-certified courses are recognized nationally and are designed to meet officers' mandatory in-service training requirements.

This commitment to excellence aligns closely with the mission of Tall Cop Says Stop™- To save lives from substance abuse and misuse through education. I am proud to be associated with an organization that shares these values and helps ensure that professionals across the country receive high-quality training and resources.

Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you enjoy this month's edition of Boots on the Ground™.

Stay safe,

The Forever 15 Project

After losing her 15-year-old son, Noah Rodriguez, to fentanyl poisoning in 2022, Janel Rodriguez founded the Forever 15 Project to honor his memory and educate others about the dangers of fentanyl and emerging drug trends. Partnering with Hays County Sheriff's Office Deputy Mark Andrews and Forever 15 Project Co-Founder Brandon Dunn, the team has delivered more than 500 presentations to over 100,000 students, parents, educators, community members, and professionals nationwide.

Their presentations combine personal experience, current drug intelligence, and practical prevention strategies that leave lasting impacts on audiences.

Thanks Tall Cop:

Tall Cop & The Speakers Network

  • "Thank you so much! My colleagues and I greatly enjoyed seeing Mr. Galloway speak last month in Indiana. I’ve attended many conferences during my 11 years as a health educator, and it was truly the most informative substance abuse presentation that I have ever heard."

  • "I just wanted to say thank you for your time and informative presentations today (I went to two of them). What you are doing is making an impact on people!! The material you covered was intriguing, but your presenting skills are also on point! My husband was reluctant to go with me to the evening presentation, and afterwards he told me it was ‘simply captivating.’ We thank you for your dedication and service to our communities across the country!" Teacher in Tennessee

  • For Officer Dave Gomez: "Congrats on your transition from law enforcement to education! I have loved and appreciated your social media posts that are helpful to youth, parents, and communities. You have a way with words and facts that provides information without judgement to better educate our community. I love sharing your posts on Facebook to help our small community better understand current challenges, strategies, and solutions for our youth and parents. You’re a rockstar!" - HS Counselor
