And NOW for our EXCITING news!

The Tall Cop Team is excited to announce the release of its very first published Drug Resource Guide!

This guide is forged from the field. Jermaine Galloway travels the country every week, scanning communities, visiting stores, documenting products, tracking emerging trends, and seeing firsthand what is appearing in neighborhoods across America. This resource was created to bring that real-world knowledge directly to communities, professionals, and families.

This is NOT your typical drug guide.

Inside, we cover:

✔ Emerging and evolving drug trends

✔ Established substances still impacting communities

✔ Field photographs and real-world examples

✔ Product packaging and community scan findings

✔ What is actually showing up in stores and communities today

Readers will not just learn about emerging trends, they will see what Jermaine Galloway sees while conducting “Boots On The Ground” community scans across the country.

This guide was created to help parents, schools, prevention specialists, treatment providers, probation officers, and law enforcement professionals stay informed, prepared, and ahead of rapidly evolving drug trends.

🔥 Presale opens Friday, May 22nd!

During a recent scan in Arizona, Tall Cop found these quietly sitting on the shelf of a rural Pennsylvania store.

These are vape batteries designed to look discreet (clearly).

At first glance, they appear to be lip balm containers. Remove the top, attach a vape cartridge, and you are ready to vape.

When finished, simply remove the cartridge, place the cap back on, and once again you have what appears to be an ordinary tube of lip balm sitting in your pocket.

This is another example of how concealment products continue to evolve. The goal is simple: make drug-related products blend into everyday life and avoid detection.

Boots on the Ground: Gas Station Drug Trends

Tall Cop Jermaine Galloway

As someone who likely spends more time in gas stations, mini marts, and corner stores than most people and their extended families combined, here is what can be said with confidence: some gas stations and convenience stores have quietly evolved into major distribution points for drug-related products in communities across the country. Many of these products continue to operate well outside the focus of local and state regulations.

This perspective is not based on theory or secondhand information. It comes from thousands of real-world “Boots On The Ground” community scans conducted across all 50 states and internationally. As one training attendee from Indiana once joked, “I know they aren’t selling that much gas!”

Years ago, gas stations primarily focused on fuel, snacks, cigarettes, and beer. Today, some — though certainly not all — have expanded into selling products marketed to create a buzz, avoid traditional drug testing, remain legal or semi-legal, and in some cases bypass age restrictions altogether.

Understanding this shift is critical because these products are no longer isolated to specialty shops or hidden corners of the internet. They are increasingly visible, accessible, and normalized within everyday community settings.

What does that mean in the real world?

It means products that many youth traditionally would not have had access to are now sitting just a few feet from the cash register.

It means individuals operating heavy machinery, driving company vehicles, participating in probation programs, competing in athletics, involved in treatment courts, or subject to workplace drug testing may actively seek out alternatives perceived as less likely to appear on standard drug screens.

Many of these products are inexpensive, highly accessible, and sold openly in everyday retail environments. In numerous cases, consumers can legally purchase large quantities and legally possess them, further contributing to the perception that they are safe or low-risk.

Some of the products showing up most often during community scans include:

  • Tianeptine
  • Phenibut
  • Kratom
  • 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH)
  • Delta-8 THC
  • Delta-9 THC products
  • Hemp-derived intoxicants
  • Nicotine vapes and disposable vape devices

The Bigger Issue

Not every community has a vape shop or smoke shop. Nearly every community, however, has a gas station. That reality has quietly made gas stations and convenience stores one of the most overlooked access points in America today.
