This film explores Georgia's representative, John Lewis, fighting for over 60 years for social activism, legislative action on civil rights, voting rights, gun control, health care reform, and immigration. Watch Lewis's astonishing story of fighting for civil rights throughout his remarkable life. 

Animals are an important part of our lives. We share our homes with them, go to see them at the zoo, and search for them in the wild. This virtual exhibit celebrates the connections shared with animals, both domestic and wild.

Bill Farnsworth will teach an oil painting workshop focusing on painting figures in a landscape in a studio environment. Bill will demonstrate a step-by-step process of creating a believable figure in a landscape. Students will have a better understanding of gesture, shapes and values.

Walk, read, and breathe in nature on the Story Walk trail in the beautiful Paradise Park located in downtown Thomasville. Each month, the library will install a different published picture book to enjoy.

Tracy (@tracy_at_if) from the band Once Great Estate has some masks and music to share. She shares:

"The band stopped gathering for rehearsals while we were all sheltering at home. Wanting to keep busy, we decided to record a new song...entering the studio one at a time, and wearing our masks. We just wanted to keep creating, but do it in a safe manner. Our new song "Nothing Left to Do" is now available everywhere."
