The Board also read a proclamation to thank Cyndie Martel for her years of service working for TCSD. The Board also took the following actions:

  • Adopted an ordinance establishing the new Parks and Recreation Commission to replace the previous Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission (applications for commissioners will be available in January)
  • Approved a new job description for the vacant Administrative Clerk position; the recruitment process will begin in January (the job notice will be posted on the TCSD website)
  • Adopted Rosenberg’s Rules of Order as the parliamentary procedures for TCSD Board and Commission meetings.
