Sun, Clouds, Fog....Feels Like Creekside Weather!

Hazardous Waste Day is tomorrow! Join us for our first ever Household Hazardous Waste Collection day. See below for what we can accept.

Creekside is almost here. Lots to do in preparation. See our list below for part time workers, volunteers and more. Sign up to help if you can or send us your best helpers! It's gonna be another great season, even if we need to wear sweaters and warm shoes.

Save the date for our first event in a new speaker series in Tam Valley. John Byrne Barry will be talking about Sausalito history and presenting his new novel. It's an extension of last year's murder mystery that he wrote about the Sausalito Houseboat Wars of the 70's. What a treat to have a local author present on such an interesting topic. See more below about how to reserve your seat at this event!

Have a wonderful weekend!

A few things you might be able to help with:

Volunteer! Many hands make light work and we are looking for volunteers to help at the bar, serve food, set up and more!

Sponsors! We are looking for sponsors so we can keep this fun community event alive and well with live music, great food and kids activities. If you have a business that would like to support community events or if you know someone who might be interested in being a sponsor - send them our way!

Now Hiring! We are hiring part time seasonal staff to help support our events this summer. A great job for teens off for the summer or home from college. Reach out and/or spread the word!

The program provides for the curbside pickup, chipping, and disposal of vegetation material from residential properties. This service is funded by Measure C for wildfire prevention and is available to all residents within Marin Wildfire’s joint powers service area.

During the 2023 season, the program completed over 4,400 pickups and removed over 14,200 cubic yards of vegetation from residential properties. 90% of participants rated their experience a 5 out of 5.

The 2024 program is returning with a similar schedule as last year, along with a few new features that will improve the participant experience.
