Early Pay Discount for Parent Service Hours

The Crusader Parents Club is the backbone of the TC community supporting all of the events and activities that form your student's core memories. It is the primary source of opportunities to fulfil your ten hour commitment to the Crusader Parent Involvement Program.

There are many ways to earn these hours and build community by serving in person, but we also understand that there are sometimes limitations keeping our parents from being here in person. For that reason, we also offer a pay for hours option. The funds generated from this option are used to purchase supplies for our events.

While there will be many opportunities throughout the school year to earn your hours in person, we encourage any parent who knows they prefer to pay for hours to take advantage of the early pay discount. Please click below to indicate you prefer to pay and a discounted fee of $350 will be added to your FACTS account. The deadline to take advantage of this discount is October 1st.

Time: 8:00 PM -1 1:00 PM (no entry after 8:30 PM and no early departures before 10:30 PM)

Tickets are on sale NOW through October 2 at 11:59 PM

• Week 2 (Sept. 26-Oct. 2): $55 

Dance tickets include light meal, dessert and soft drinks, DJ, photobooth, unlimited bowling, game prizes provided by TC and each guest will receive one 2 hour 1Up playcard. 7D VR Theater is not included, but play may be purchased for an additional fee.

We’re still collecting items for our raffle baskets.

URGENT NEED (from Amazon Wish List): Titleist Pro V1 Golf Balls

Shop our Amazon Wish List and select the “registry address” at checkout to have your donation shipped directly to our raffle coordinator.

Donations can also be dropped off at the Center for Student Services.

Service Hours: Receive 1 hour for every $40 donated. Please keep your receipt and upload it to X2VOL.

Important: Please include your family name with your donation so we can properly credit you.

Dear TC Parents,

Theatre TC is excited to put on another dazzling production for the Crusader community with the fall show. This play will be centered around working class Americans and our talented actors will take the stage representing all different kinds of work and careers. For this, we need you!

Please click below to view the wishlist for items needed. Theatre TC kindly requests donations of these materials for costuming and props. This is an opportunity for clearing out old items you may not use anymore and to donate clothes that do not fit or are taking up space in your closet.

These donations will not be for parent points, and will be considered a gift from the heart to support the arts program at TC.

Please prayerfully consider giving an item, or a few, to the show. Label your donation “Theatre TC” and drop it off at the front office or have your student deliver it to Joyce Mayhew. If you have questions, please contact jmayhew@tampacatholic.org.
