Hello Rick and Maria,

We love to receive emails, letters and stories from the Zentangle Community and we are always grateful that you are sharing your heart with us.

Today, we wanted to share a few of the Tangler's Tales we received lately.

Enjoy!

Just wanted to share this picture with you. Art (my husband and fellow CZT) and I have hosted gatherings at our house for Maryland CZTs since July 2016, but we have not met in person for the last four years. Last Saturday we met up again at our house for the first time, with some attendees never having met others outside of our “Hollywood Squares”.  It was so wonderful to reconnect in person, sharing creativity, hugs, and food (Oh-so-many desserts!). We are looking forward to meeting again next month, when hopefully more of our local CZTs will join us. (Picture features Patricia M., Jeane P., Andrea R., Shirley H., Jessica D., Jennifer C., Angie G., Art A. and I am loitering in there somewhere). Such generous and talented people! Love them all!

Good Morning Rick, Maria, and the Zentangle team!

I am a CZT 38! I have been busy teaching classes wherever they will have me and loving it!

I was featured on our local news for a short segment on Zentangle and thought you all might enjoy seeing it. It’s amazing they filmed for 2 hours and they edited down to a minute and a half cohesive story.

Thank for 20 years of Zentangle!

I am so happy to be a part of the CZT and Zentangle Community!

I began practicing Zentangle after an introductory course given at a local art store. I continued on my own, using online resources, but realized there was so much more. I joined CZT Class 15 and was "hooked". Shortly after completing the course, I began to teach Zentangle for a local cancer support group. It was such a fulfilling experience and I learned so much from my students, especially about resilience and positive attitude. I am now dealing with cancer myself and find Zentangle the best outlet I have for self-guided meditation; I use the "one step at a time" motto to help through difficult patches.

I am a retired government employee who spent a good part of the end of my career developing and delivering courses (mainly cross-cultural communication). CZT Class 15 was one of the best courses I ever attended in terms of structure, delivery and outcome - thanks so much for all your efforts!

Hi….Just thought I’d share with you what I did with your little box. It was too cute and inspirational not to turn it into something more. I first disassembled the box carefully and then used metal dies & a die cutting machine to cut out the tags. Oh, and the ribbon was from you too, maybe tied around a Bijou package at one time?? Wouldn’t it be fun to do a project pack around using/reusing or repurposing your packaging? I know the die cutting wouldn’t be readily available to folks, but I’m sure you could put on your thinking caps to come up with ideas that are!

Happy Anniversary! 20th to you & soon to be 10th for my CZT adventure!
