Rental Rates in Tarpon Springs 3rd Most Affordable in Region

Tarpon Springs has the third most affordable apartment rental rates in the Tampa Bay region according to a recent analysis by the national firm Zumper. Several residential apartment developments have been constructed in the past few years, including Icaria on Pinellas at Alt. 19 and Meres Blvd., and new apartment and townhome developments underway on N. Safford Ave.
 
Erika's Sweet Haus Expands to New Location

Erika's Sweet Haus has become so successful they have outgrown their small storefront at 118 E. Tarpon Ave. and are moving to a larger space at the corner of Alt. 19 and E. Klosterman. The new location will feature a kitchen and distribution area along with a retail store. Erika's makes glazed roasted nuts in 30 flavors, along with German delicacies, fudge, and chocolate truffles. Stop in to their new location, and thank them for relocating within Tarpon Springs.
River Bend Business Park Offers Opportunity, Employment
River Bend Business Park, a 200,000 sq. ft. business park located north of the Anclote River at 502 Brady Road, offers custom buildings for sale or lease to fit the growing employment needs in Tarpon Springs and northern Pinellas County. Spaces are available from 1,500 to 12,000 sq. ft. in a newly-constructed building, or build to suit a custom building of 5,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. on one of five parcels available in the 24-parcel business park.

Welcome New Business: The Funk
The South Pinellas Avenue corridor is livening up with the addition of the newest business, The Funk, at 125 E. Lime St. The Funk is a unique boutique bringing healthy living principles, including wellness, fitness, and art classes, sound therapy, tattoo services, tea parties, and eclectic merchandise. The Funk joins other new businesses, Sunshine Eco-Finds, Sponge City Brewing, and the Tin Man to the growing South Pinellas corridor.
