Tarpon Springs has the third most affordable apartment rental rates in the Tampa Bay region according to a recent analysis by the national firm Zumper. Several residential apartment developments have been constructed in the past few years, including Icaria on Pinellas at Alt. 19 and Meres Blvd., and new apartment and townhome developments underway on N. Safford Ave.

Erika's Sweet Haus has become so successful they have outgrown their small storefront at 118 E. Tarpon Ave. and are moving to a larger space at the corner of Alt. 19 and E. Klosterman. The new location will feature a kitchen and distribution area along with a retail store. Erika's makes glazed roasted nuts in 30 flavors, along with German delicacies, fudge, and chocolate truffles. Stop in to their new location, and thank them for relocating within Tarpon Springs.
