Thank you for your support of Special Olympics Washington. We are honored that you have committed to be a Table Captain for our Tasting Room: A Gold Experience event on Friday, September 23, 2022.
By serving as a Table Captain, you are joining a team committed to giving, advocating and raising awareness for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You are also giving your friends, family and colleagues the opportunity to support a very worthy cause through an awesome event.
Please submit your table guest names and emails by Tuesday, September 13th!
Although it may feel like ages until the event, we really are in the final stretch. Getting your names and emails in now means that registration, communication and the overall experience for your guests will be better. Tables seat up to 10 guests! Please send your names and emails to Emma Kitnick.
If you have a dietary restriction or allergies, please notify us by sending us an email. Our chefs will take good care of you!
Here are quick tips the event! Feel free to pass this information along to your guests!
- Dress is Cocktail Attire
- Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
- Silent Auction closes 6:45 p.m.
- Dinner served at 7:00 p.m.
