Megan Giller, a Brooklyn-based writer and editor with strong connections to the food world, will discuss and sign  Bean-To-Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution: The Origins, the Makers, and the Mind-Blowing Flavors   ($19.95 Storey Publishing). In this book, Giller invites fellow chocoholics on a fascinating journey through America's craft chocolate revolution. There will be a chocolate bar sampling at this event.

Though Paul Child, husband of famed chef Julia Child, was an accomplished photographer, his photographs remained out of the public eye until the publication of Julia's memoir,  My Life in France , in 2006. Now, Paul's great-nephew Alex Prud'homme will discuss and sign  France Is a Feast: The Photographic Journey of Paul and Julia Child   ($35.00 Thames & Hudson), which features more than 200 of Paul's photographs and personal stories.  France is a Feast  not only captures this magical period in Paul and Julia's lives, but also brings to light Paul Child's own remarkable photographic achievement.

It's dinner and a movie in this vibrant, beautifully photographed tour of Indian food and films. Join filmmaker and author Sri Rao for an afternoon of Bollywood fun! At 12:30 pm a Bollywood Dance Troupe will perform, then at 1:00 pm Sri Rao will discuss and sign his cookbook  Bollywood Kitchen: Home-Cooked Indian Meals Paired with Unforgettable Bollywood Films  ($25.00 Houghton Mifflin).

Following the booksigning, head over to The  Sie FilmCenter  lobby for a free screening of a Bollywood movie featured in the book! And, our friends at the amazing  Chocolate Lab will offer a "chocolate chicken curry" special all day, in addition to happy hour pricing on cocktails, wine and beer for attending guests!
