Dear Tau Alumni and Kappa Sigma Parents,
As Head of Tau Chapter Rush for Summer 2023, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ryan Jinnette, and I'm a rising Junior from Houston, majoring in MIS at the McCombs School of Business.
I had the pleasure of meeting many of you at the Denton Cooley Tau Classic on May 22. Those of you who played in this year's Tau Open might have met Billy Thackston, our Tau Grand Scribe. We enjoyed spending time with you and hearing some great Kappa Sig stories from years past that you shared with us.
We are progressing steadily with our Rush 2023 campaign and are currently in communication with close to 300 potential Rush candidates in Texas and across the country. We hosted an event in Houston on June 10 and have events scheduled in Dallas on June 16, and Austin on June 23 and 24. We plan to have 25+ rushees signed to the new pledge class by the end of this month, with a goal of 60 signed pledges by the end of the summer. With your help, we can reach our goal.
