The Texas Kappa Sigma Educational Foundation held its annual board meeting on November 3, 2023, at which time the Tau Trustees elected the following men to their respective offices listed below. Terms of office are for one year, to be held through the 2024 annual meeting.

While the five directors (or, on occasion, one or more of the eleven officers) typically handle the day-to-day business of the TKSEF, the Trustees are responsible for the following:
- Safeguarding the legacy of the Tau Chapter.
- Attending the Foundation's annual meeting or submitting a proxy in advance.
- Electing new trustees, officers, and directors to manage the Foundation.
Trustees are typically selected from among Tau initiates who have:
- Served Tau Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity with distinction.
- A son or grandson who has been initiated into the Tau Chapter.
- Given generously to the TKSEF or the affiliated 501(c)(3) Tau Trustees Educational Foundation.
- Paid annual Tau Trustee dues of $500 to the TKSEF.
