IMPORTANT TAX FILING REMINDER: For ALL U.S. Optimist Clubs, the due date for the applicable tax form 990 is February 15, 2023 (due every year by the 15th day of the 5th month after the close of the Club’s tax year).
Optimist Clubs whose annual gross receipts are normally $50,000 or less are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard. The new Form 990-N submission website is now open.
