Indiana County Tax Withholding Updates

Indiana Residents: Indiana county income tax is withheld based on the employee's Indiana county of residence as of January 1 of the tax year. If your county of residence changed during 2023, we will need to update your county tax withholding for the 2024 tax year based on your county of residence as of January 1, 2024.

Non-Indiana Residents: If you live out of state, your Indiana county income tax is based on the Indiana county of principal place of work as of January 1 of the tax year. If your Indiana county of principal place of work changed during 2023, we will need to update your county tax withholding for the 2024 tax year based on that Indiana county as of January 1, 2024.

To update your Indiana tax withholding, please fill out Form WH-4 and send it to payroll@lastingchangeinc.org.

Time Off Balances

Paylocity has informed us that there is a bug in their system causing the “Available to Request” and other balances to display incorrectly on the mobile app and Employee Self-Service screen.

We have confirmed that the accurate time off balances can be found on the HR & Payroll screen. To view this, sign into the web browser version of Paylocity and navigate to HR & Payroll > Employees > Employee HR File > Time Off. The balance that is displayed in the "Available Hours / Days" column is the employee’s current balance as of the most recent paycheck, which does not factor in future planned time off that has not been paid yet.
