How will it work?
1- When you arrive in Downtown Phoenix, please park at the University Center II/Visitor Lot (slightly north of 555 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004) enter off Central at Fillmore St.
One vehicle is permitted per resident into this lot.
*Additional vehicles with no items to unload may use complimentary parking at the McKinley lot or chose their own paid parking.
2- Remain in your vehicle. Staff will walk over and provide you with instructions (unloading zone pass, guest wristbands, etc).
3- When instructed, please get out of your vehicle and work with our complimentary movers to load your items into the provided carts. *We ask that one member of your group remain at the vehicle and move it to the post-unload parking area and then rejoin you in Taylor Place. Post-unload parking is in the Chase Tower Garage- maps will be provided upon arrival. Each resident will be given one validation for this garage (if needed). If you have an ASU parking pass, we encourage you to relocate your vehicle there after unloading.
4- Walk with your items over to Taylor Place to pick-up keys (have FastPass ready) and to get in line for the elevators. Go up to your room and unload the cart right away. Please place all empty carts in the hallway and/or push them to the elevator lobby to send back downstairs.
5- Unpack items and set up your room. Cardboard and trash should be taken to the trash room at the end of each hallway-no need to bring it downstairs. Welcome home!
