Jeff Oestreich will give a talk at the Craft in America Center, next door to Freehand, about his apprenticeship at
Leach Pottery in St. Ives, England, Bernard Leach's legacy and how it continues to influence and resonate with contemporary artists.
He will discuss his own work and that of three peers:
Kat Wheeler, John Beddings and Roelof Ulys.
After the talk, join us and Oestreich at Freehand for a meet and greet with tea, scones and British tea cakes made by the food stylist for The Crown!
New ceramic work from Oestreich, Leach potters and Kat Wheeler
will be for sale.
