This week is National Teacher Appreciation Week and we created a video each day to show our KM staff how much we love them.
They are working extremely hard in these unprecedented times to totally reinvent their craft. We are so grateful to be able to say "thank you!" in so many ways.

KM Boys Golf Shows Appreciation
For Their Seniors
KM Boys Golf went above and beyond to show the seniors on their team how much they are loved and appreciated. They were even featured on WISN 12!
Thank you to Culver's for donating 4,000 bags to our free lunch program! Wednesday's hot lunch (shown above) featured Culver's bags filled with fruit and chocolate milk, accompanied by a Pick 'n Save bag with chicken, mashed potatoes, peas, and a fresh roll!

As many of you know, KM, along with districts nationwide, are serving free meals to ALL district families. KM's lunches are fully reimbursed by the USDA. The more meals we serve, the more it helps our Food Service's bottom line, which has taken a massive hit due to the lack of our usual customers, who purchased 3,500+ meals PER DAY.

We're proudly serving thousands of meals now, but totaled just 15,500 for the month of April, way short of the usual 70,000. These free meals assist our community on so many levels, so please consider signing up if you have yet to do so!

Still Time To Sign Up For Laser Football
There is still time to register your player for flag or tackle football this fall. Sign up for incoming K-8 grade is still available at

No need to pay now, but registration is important
to reserve your student's spot. Register by May 15.
Celebrating Our Kettle Moraine

High School Online Classes On As Scheduled, More To Come
Governor Evers' Safer at Home order requires all public school buildings to remain closed through June 30. Therefore, Summer Academy will not be able to start June 22, with the following exception: high school online classes will run as planned June 22-July 31. As a district, we are working on new Summer Academy options that will fall within the guidelines being provided by the state and the Badger Bounce Back program. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks.
