In-Studio Session: 66 Hours

This section includes 12 scheduled training dates with our Master Trainers and fellow Teacher Training students. You will build your Pilates knowledge through guided instruction, hands-on practice, and collaboration, while also practicing teaching, receiving real-time feedback, and reviewing key course material to support your progress through the program.

Self Practice: 70 Hours

Self Practice is the time spent practicing Pilates on your own body. This includes attending Pilates classes or private sessions in person or virtually. You can start logging these hours immediately upon enrollment. *Memberships class fees and private session fees are not included in tuition.

Observation: 60 Hours

Observation consists of watching classes taught by certified instructors, either in person at Club Pilates or online. A note-taking guide is provided in Canvas to help document your observations. You may begin accumulating observation hours as soon as you enroll in the program.

Online Learning: 150 Hours

Complete online coursework through the Canvas portal, including readings, lectures, videos, written assignments, a Special Populations project, and Anatomy instruction.

Practice Teaching: 70 Hours

Gain hands-on teaching experience by instructing your own client (friends/family) or a fellow Teacher Training student. To reserve studio time, simply email the studio to schedule a session. You may begin practice teaching exercises from each module once you have completed the corresponding in-studio training dates (e.g., Mat after Mat training, Reformer after Reformer training, etc.).

Assistant Teaching: 34 Hours

Build your teaching confidence by assisting a certified instructor in a live Club Pilates class. Lead 3–5 minute exercise segments, help members with equipment adjustments, demonstrate proper technique, and gain valuable real-world teaching experience.
