This month's Employe Assistance Program and mental health awareness topic addresses the tough subjects that come with romantic relationships. While all couples have their ups and downs, sometimes those "downs" need to be addressed carefully. Consider couples counseling or talking about your relationship one-on-one with a licensed therapist to help provide healthy insight. As always, FREE mental health counseling - for all walks of life, from relationships to coping with mental illness and grief counseling - is available for all SCS employees through Methodist Healthcare.
