Top 5: When Were You Grateful for Your Benefits?
We heard from team members about times they were grateful for DPS benefits and the perks our providers offer. Congratulations to our giveaway winner Maria Marbach in Growth, Performance and Training, and read more from team members below!

1. " I am very thankful for my DPS medical coverage with Kaiser Permanente! Recently, I came down with something that has been a problem on and off over the years. It was a busy time at work and I didn't want to take time off to see a doctor because I already knew what the problem and solution was. I logged on to my Kaiser account and noticed I had an option to chat with a doctor. Within minutes, I was chatting with a doctor who evaluated my symptoms, gave a diagnosis and issued a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch at 8 p.m. The treatment was fast and free. I appreciate all the ways Kaiser uses technology to help you get care in a way that works for you, whether it's in person, over the phone, via email, e-visit or online chat. "  -- Maria Marbach, Growth, Performance and Training

2. "I was most grateful for my benefits when I was finally able to get my wisdom teeth pulled a few years ago. Such a simple and quick procedure that I felt 110% better just in three days.-- Mechelle Salley, Denver Literacy Fellows

3. " I was stung by a bee during recess duty.  I was really freaking out!   I went to Walgreens to get cortisone and other medication but I didn't have any money. Luckily, I had my WageWorks card, which covered my medication. I was ecstatic because my WageWorks card truly saved my day!"  - - Tyshia Seldon, Math Fellow
