Living Our DPS Honoree
Alfredo Calvo
Teacher, West Middle School

"This is Alfredo's second year as a teacher and in the district. His connection with students is unique as he's used his personal narrative to connect with them, which allows his instruction to be more meaningful for each student. This year, he's added soccer coach to his list of achievements. His investment into West Middle School and his students leaves them feeling valued and challenged in his classroom and on the field."
