Uphold Our Shared Core Values with the Integra Hotline
We all play a role in creating an inclusive working environment and supporting our Shared Core Values -- including by acting professionally and with integrity, supporting equity and inclusion, and holding one another and ourselves accountable to these standards.

Any team member who has observed an issue with integrity or who has reason for concern within DPS is encouraged to report their observation through the DPS Integrity Hotline, Integra, and allow the opportunity for DPS to investigate and correct inappropriate behavior.
Submit a report by clicking here or calling our automated phone hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 855-858-3344. Click here to learn more about the hotline and when to submit a report.

Living Our DPS Honoree
Alvaro "Monty" Montenegro
Office Support, Denver School of Innovation and Sustainable Design

"At Denver School of Innovation and Sustainable Design, Alvaro 'Monty' Montenegro is constantly living our Shared Core Value of Fun. I work with several schools across DPS and Monty stands out in the way that he interacts with both students and staff. He is very fun and engaging with students, while simultaneously encouraging them to exceed their own expectations. Students display a high level of comfort when talking with Monty, and it is very clear they trust him. Monty knows every student by name and has built connections with them that lasts far beyond graduation!”
