ICYMI: Update or Verify Your Personal Information by Tomorrow
Don't forget to review the email you received from Human Resources on Nov. 1 that contains demographic information that DPS has on file for you, including your address, personal email, phone number, emergency contact, race and ethnicity, as well as information on whether you have elected electronic delivery of your W2 and 1095-C tax forms.

To update your contact information and emergency contacts, follow  these instructions, and to update your ethnicity, follow these instructions. To opt-in for electronic delivery of your W2 and 1095-C forms, which provides earlier access to your tax documents in an electronic format that can be accessed at any time, follow these instructions.

Updates to your personal information can be made year round, but for federal reporting purposes, please make any necessary changes by tomorrow, Nov. 9.
I Give For Team DPS Annual Employee Giving Campaign
Participate for a Chance to Tickets to the White Christmas Ball
The I Give for Team DPS Annual Employee Giving Campaign continues this week. Give in support of DPS students and help ensure they have the resources they need to be successful.

Participate by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9 to be eligible to win two tickets to the 1940s White Christmas Ball on Dec. 1 with a hotel stay courtesy of the Hyatt Regency.
