The 2020 W-2s are Now Available Online
Here are details about the 2020 W-2s.



  • If an employee needs assistance logging onto the Employee Portal, they should contact Teamwork Services at 912-265-8500 for assistance.

  • Paper copies of the W-2s for employees who are active in our system are being distributed starting today, January 22nd, and continuing through the end of next week.

  • If you receive a paper W-2 for an employee who is no longer employed, mail the W-2 to the former employee, and please send us a Termination Report for that individual.

  • Paper copies of W-2s for employees who are terminated in our system as of January 20 will be mailed by Friday, January 29th.

  • Terminated employees may access their W-2 on the Employee Portal at any time, but if they want their paper copy early, they may come to our office at 700 Gloucester Street, Suite 302, Brunswick GA 31520 between January 25th and January 27th to pick up their copy. They must come in person, and they must present their photo ID in order to receive their W-2.

  • If an employee loses their paper copy of Form W-2, they may access a reprint on the Employee Portal. If they must have a replacement paper form, they can contact us on or after February 12 to request a reprint.

  • Please ask your employees to carefully review their 2020 W-2 as soon as they receive it. If anything looks incorrect, we need to know immediately. We have reviewed the wages and taxes carefully, and we don’t expect any problems. But if there is an issue, it will be easier to correct the sooner we know about it. 

  • Employees should note that total gross wages on the last pay stub of the year may not match the total wages reported on Form W-2. Form W-2 is a record of annual taxable wages, which means that pre-tax deductions have been factored into the W-2 wage totals.
