Before the Tech Symposium Begins
We Can't Wait to See You on Monday!
This year's Tech Symposium includes 17.5 hours of programming, 5 hours of live exhibits with over 25 sponsor-exhibitors, and 7+ hours of networking built into every day. We are so happy that you're joining us! Keep reading for information that will help you navigate the event platforms and make sure you are ready to hit the ground running on Monday.
Logging into the Tech Symposium
You can access the event platform using the link below or via the Tech Symposium website.

Inside the Platform:
  • If you are an Attendee, Speaker, or Exhibit Staff-Attendee, click the purple "Log In" button located underneath the welcome video to enter your registered email address. 
  • If you are an Exhibit Staff-Hall Visitor or an Exhibition Hall Visitor, you do not need to log in to access the Exhibit Halls Live, Networking Pavilion, or ATM Resource Center. You will only need to enter your registered email address when you wish to view any of the free Presentation Sessions listed on the Agenda or access the Public Attendee Roster located at the bottom of the Agenda Hub page. 

If you need assistance logging in, please visit Live Support on Zoom. A link to Live Support is available in the login window after a failed login attempt.

Tech Symposium Platforms
The Tech Symposium is split between two platforms this year: The main Tech Symposium Hub and Remo. The Tech Symposium Hub will have links directly to the events taking place in Remo, but if you need a quick reference on where to go, look below!

Attendee Roster

The Public Attendee Roster, sponsored by JMA Solutions, can be viewed HERE and will be available to all attendees at the bottom of the Agenda/Hub page (the main landing page for the Tech Symposium). It includes all attendees who have opted in to having their contact info shared.*

Full-Access Attendees can access the gated roster available at the bottom of the Agenda/Hub page. This gated roster includes contact information for opt-in attendees.

Explore the Exhibit Halls
Be sure to stop by Exhibit Halls 1 & 2! Visit 25+ sponsor-exhibitors in the Tech Symposium Exhibit Halls. The Exhibit Halls are complete with booths, demos, resources, and the ability to chat live with sponsor-exhibitors during the Live Exhibit Hall Networking Breaks. The breaks listed below. You can also schedule meetings with sponsor-exhibitors outside of the networking breaks. See you there!

Have You Registered for FAA Tech Center Tuesday?
The FAA Tech Center is hosting three hours of live programming on Tuesday from 12 - 3 PM ET. You must register separately to take part!
Test Your Tech Before the Tech Symposium

Want to ensure a smooth journey at the Tech Symposium? Here are some quick tips and recommendations to make sure your systems are all set to work in the virtual environment.
1) Run the following diagnostic to ensure your systems will work with Remo, one of the two Tech Symposium platforms. If everything works during the testing, you are good to go! It only takes a moment!
2) VPNs and Firewalls can be a problem. See VPN/Firewall help for workarounds. If needed for support, make sure to loop in your IT department and add this site to your safelist: https://www.atca.org/tech-symposium/. This link is to the landing page to enter the Tech Symposium.
3) If you do not have a free account set up in Remo, you can create one in advance! You will need an account to enter Remo. Check out this link for details on how to set up your account. The Tech Symposium will have direct links to the Networking Pavilion and Exhibit Halls. Look for the icon at the top of your page, which will take you to the Remo event.
4) The Tech Symposium platform is live, and we encourage you to log in before Monday to make sure you can access everything you need. CLICK HERE to start your journey at the ATCA Tech Symposium.
