As in the above image, it can be used to create a much more targeted phishing attack. The process allow for those without the skill necessary to do so to create much more professionally-worded emails and can do so without the tell-tale grammatical errors of the past.
This development is something to be on the lookout for moving forward in checking your emails. As always, it is recommended to implement some strong spam filtering in order to help protect from situations like this. It's also a good idea to do user training and make sure your users are best prepared to distinguish a phishing message from a legitimate one.
