Triple-Peak Work Days Here To Stay
When the country and region entered lockdowns, it triggered many working from home. With additional responsibilities and new access, we began to see a triple-peak work day, which is to say that many organizations began to see in an increase in work that was done after standard business hours.
While it was a fairly common and accepted occurrence during the pandemic, it still may not be thought of as commonly in the post-pandemic work environment. Despite this, research has shown that this triple-peak is likely here to stay. This can result in some unique challenges.
The two primary concerns with the third peak may be deciding how to best keep users happy and how to best increase productivity. First, organizations may want to determine what is best for their users/how they may want to work and how that may best work with your organization. Not all users will have a third peak, but it may be important to others.
Second, organizations may look into ways to allow workers to have more productivity remotely.
