Adaptive Recreation

The last few months have been all about adaptive recreation! There are so many tools and resources to allow people to participate in the activities they love. At the UATP, we have expanded our selection of Frame Runners, and we have devices that can be loaned such as adaptive fishing gear and adaptive Xbox controllers. We were also able to participate in the Neuroworx Adaptive Activity Fair, and we saw so many incredible technologies for adaptive recreation. The significance of assistive technology in adaptive recreation cannot be overstated. This technology serves as a pivotal force in fostering inclusivity and equal participation in recreational activities.
