Tech Center Receives CENIC Innovations Award
|
The California Community Colleges (CCC) Technology Center has been selected to receive the CENIC 2017 Innovations in Networking Award for Educational Applications, to be presented during CENIC’s annual conference in March.
The award is in recognition of the Technology Center’s groundbreaking work to develop a systemwide federated identity for students across the CCC’s 113 colleges.

Accessibil-IT: Hands-on Accessibility Testing

Web and information technology (IT) accessibility evaluations involve a combination of both
automated and manual accessibility testing. Whereas automated accessibility tests focus on code accuracy and technical conformance, manual accessibility tests focus on functionality and the degree to which an individual with a disability can perceive, operate and understand a website or IT product.
