To Our Valued Customers,

As we learn more about the COVID-19 virus and the implications it is having on communities, we want you to know that our main priority is always the safety and well being of our customers and our employees.

Our company and employees are educated on the best practices for staying healthy and clean. We are taking action to make certain these practices are executed correctly to ensure the safety of you and your family.
What We Are Doing:

  • DAILY HEALTH INSPECTIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES GOING INTO HOMES - Every employee will have a morning check, including checking their temperature to ensure that they are in good health. If found to not be in good health, we will follow our sick leave policy.

  • UPDATING OUR SANITATION PROCEDURES - We are supplying our employees with the needed sanitation products and are versing them on sanitation and disinfection procedures, according to the CDC. We will be staying up to date with the CDC's guidelines and recommendations and will be updating our policies accordingly.

  • MAINTAINING OUR SICK LEAVE POLICY AND GUIDELINES - We are continuing to follow our sick leave policy. Our policy states that if any employee expresses they are ill, shows signs they are sick, have a cough, or have a fever; they will be sent home immediately. Employees cannot return to work unless official documentation stating that they are no longer sick is presented.

  • STAYING COMMITTED - No matter the situation at hand, we are committed to you and our employees. Providing you with the highest quality HVAC services while taking the proper precautions is always our priority. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and do everything possible to protect you, your family, and our employees.
