IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES NEEDING ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGY
Dear Norwin Families:
A survey was distributed on March 20, 2020, to determine each family’s access to technology device(s) and connectivity. The District has provided devices and/or instructions for connectivity to those families who completed the survey.
If your family requires technology access and you did not complete the survey, please email
techsupport@norwinsd.org
by 3:00 p.m. today
and include the following information:
- Name of Each Student in Family
- Parent Contact Name
- Parent Contact Email
- Parent Contact Phone Number
- Specific Request for Technology – Device and/or Internet Connection.
Please be advised that the District will issue one device for every two students in a family.
If you do not have email access, call the Technology Support Help Desk at
724-861-3024
to make a request.
A representative from the technology department will return your email or call in the order in which it was received.
Another distribution is being planned for Tuesday, March 31, 2020. In order to receive technology tomorrow, the District
must receive your request by 3:00 p.m. today, Monday, March 30, 2020
