Changing of the 4-H guard at Washington County Extension
DeAnn Pope joined the OSU Extension Service in Washington County in December as a 4-H administrative program assistant. She will carry on the exceptional work of Darsy Schaal, who retired on January 31, 2022, after twelve years of service to Extension and to the 4-H community in Washington County.

DeAnn brings a cheerful smile and welcome energy to the office and is excited to work with our 4-H volunteers. Darsy will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched! We wish both Darsy and DeAnn success in their new ventures.
