A Message from our Managing Director:

Welcome to another Techsil Newsletter.

I hope everyone is keeping well.

The economy is opening up again and Techsil is as busy as ever, not just with orders and shipments but also with new technical enquiries.

Unfortunately we have had to implement more price increases during Q1. We have implemented more than 40 separate price increases across 17 adhesive brands in the last 12 months and they are set to continue. 

Having been int this industry for over 26 years, this is the most volatile period I have ever seen for both price inflation and product availability.

On a positive note, Momentive once again recognised the hard work the whole Techsil team puts in and awarded us another A1 distributor award.

Our Techsil people have put in a tremendous shift these last few months under the most difficult of market conditions and I am grateful to them.

Momentive A1 Distributor!

Back in our December edition, we mentioned how one of our goals in 2022 was to achieve another A1 Distributor award from Momentive.

We are delighted to announce that this March, we were awarded with the A1 Distributor Status for the 4^th year in a row!

This acknowledgement highlights the successful working relationship that the Techsil and Momentive teams have built together over the years.

We look forward to continuing to grow our partnership and to see what the future will bring!

New to the Team

In March 2022, we welcomed Tim Johnson to our Techsil Team as Business Development Manager!

Tim has worked in adhesive manufacturing and distribution for over 25 years. Tim brings in knowledge of many different adhesive technologies.

Having held roles in Key Account, Business Development and Sales Management, having sold into many markets including Automotive, Rail, Marine, Composite, Product Assembly, Electronics and Filtration.

We are delighted to have such an experienced addition to our company. We look forward to what the future has in store.
