Hello everybody!

How's your summer going? There's still time to enter the summer reading challenge. Good news! Our movie tickets have arrived, so those of you who have read and logged at least 5 books in the Unmask Summer Reading Challenge can drop in and pick up your ticket. Remember, you only need to log 5 books to complete the challenge and earn a movie ticket!

In other good news, we owe a special thanks to State Senator John Bonacic for not only his enduring support of libraries in Albany, but for a recent grant of $5,000 in NYS 'bullet aid" to be used by our Library for collections, programs or equipment. Thanks!

In other other good news, keep reading below regarding our nifty new XBOX ONE!

Happy reading,
Dianne

Unmask! Summer Reading Challenge 2015
June 27 to August 8

Log books and win prizes!

Enter online or in person at the Library! Log the books you read this summer on our Unmask bookmarks and drop them into the big pink bucket in the Teen Area. That's all!

Each week, I'll pull one winner from the bucket. You can also log the books you read online. They count, too!

Read and log at least 5 books, and you've completed the Unmask Summer Reading Challenge.

However...

Keep reading. Because on August 11 at our Superhero Wrap Party, I'll be announcing winners for the following categories as well:

Most Books Read
Longest Book Read
Most Manga and/or Graphic Novels Read
Most Classics Read

Questions? Email Dianne for details at daimone@rcls.org or call me at 986-1047 ext. 3
