A Message from the City Manager...

An accountable and responsive City government embodies leadership that is accessible to its residents and businesses, and transparent in its decision making. To that end, the City of Temecula believes that including a reliable two-way communication effort as part of our public information outreach is important, especially on issues vital to the City.

With this in mind, the City is hosting "Coffee with the Mayor" gatherings on the third Saturday of each month throughout the year at which time the Mayor will highlight a specific topic of interest that falls within the overall 2022 Mayoral theme of Temecula SAFE. The topic in April will be Homelessness and Responsible Compassion in Temecula. We invite you to join Mayor Dr. Matt Rahn on Saturday, April 16th, from 8-9:30am at EAST Coffee, located at 43049 Margarita Road.

As a business-friendly City, we anticipate these gatherings will bring patrons to our local businesses as we outreach to our citizenry. If you own a coffee shop or restaurant that serves coffee in Temecula, and would like to host a Saturday morning "Coffee with the Mayor" event, please contact my office at Council.Asssistant@TemeculaCA.gov.

In closing, it is the second week of Spring Break in Temecula for TVUSD. If you have kids, I hope they are enjoying time off with family and friends. My thanks to the excellent teachers in our City as they prepare for the last stretch of the school year.

-Aaron Adams, City Manager
