Temple Emanu-El Happenings
Happy Thanksgiving!
GivingTuesday and the Annual Campaign
Have you heard about GivingTuesday? It's a movement designed to recognize all the work done for the community throughout the year, by non-profits and charities. At Temple Emanu-El, we are a group that values tikkun olam and a safe space. We have raised just over $46,000 of our $75,000 goal to provide opportunities for families and our community.

In the spirit of our national holiday Thanksgiving, we hope you will contribute to the campaign on #GivingTuesday, which kicks off the charitable season. #GivingTuesday, a day of Tzedakah and Tikkun Olam, is held on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. Once you're done with Black Friday shopping, we hope that you consider supporting Temple Emanu-El.

100% of Donations on GivingTuesday will go to support the Annual Campaign. Mark your calendars for December 3rd, and remember to help support Temple Emanu-El.

JFS: Embrace a Family
November 15 - December 15

Each year JFS makes Hanukkah brighter for those in need. You can help us make this year special. Look for our dreidel boards in the temple lobby from November 15th through December 15th. Here's how the program works: pull a dreidel tag, purchase the specific gift on the tag, return the gift and tag to the JFS SV office. You'll receive a letter of thanks from JFS. We'll wrap your gift and see it goes to the person who asked for it.
