Annual Campaign
Our Annual Campaign for 2020 is underway! We've raised over 20% of our goal and we're grateful for everyone who has supported us so far!

This campaign is a critical part of our annual budget. Your donations help to provide programming, events, and more for the Temple Emanu-El Community. Additionally, your donations will help provide for health & safety at Temple Emanu-El.

Adult Ed: Jews of Morocco

Climb aboard a virtual camel and tour Jewish Morocco with Shirley Lee. Visit one of the most unusual Jewish cemeteries in the world. Explore the only Jewish museum in an Arab country. Find out why Muslims are now taking care of synagogues and other Jewish sites plus so much more!  Did you know that Cleopatra is mentioned in the Talmud?!! 

This class is open to BOTH members and non-members.

Rosh Chodesh
Ladies of Temple Emanu-El, please join Cantor Amanda via zoom on Sunday, October 18th at 12:30PM to celebrate Rosh Chodesh and the new month of Cheshvan. Although Cheshvan is often referred to as "Mar Cheshvan," or bitter Cheshvan because there are no holidays during this month, it is actually still rich in stories of our heritage.

Sisterhood Shabbat

We are excited to have our Sisterhood lead Shabbat Services this evening. They will be leading the prayers and invite you to join them on Zoom for this special Shabbat Experience.

Voter Engagement
The General Election is coming up soon, on November 3rd. It's important to have your voice be heard, for any issue that you support. Here are different ways that you can register to vote and have your voice be heard. How will you encourage others to vote this election?

Family Day of Code, Tinkering & Play, 7.0
Sunday, November 15

This year, the event is virtual, so please feel free to invite friends and family from near and far. There will be LIVE sessions and unplugged sessions per age group. Sessions include: coding, Roblox, robotics with Wonder Workshop, tinkering stations and an escape room. Register by November 3rd to receive information for material pick up (not required). This event is free and open to all.
