Equipped to Learn Backpack Drive
June 21 - July 26
Temple Emanu-El is once again partnering with Jewish Family Services to collect backpacks and school supplies for preschool through adult learners. With your help, these students will be off a great start to a successful 2017-18 school year!

There are several ways you and your family can help someone be equipped to learn and succeed. Look for the backpack boards and bins in the synagogue lobby. You can turn in your donation at the synagogue backpack bin or at JFS SV at the Levy Family Campus. You can donate a full backpack for a needy student based from a requested supply list, you can purchase Target gift cards, or buy from JFS' online registry. Check JFS' web site http://www.jfssv.org/equipped-to-learn-backpack-drive.html for details. Any questions or if you would like to volunteer with your children (over 10 years old please), contact loric@jfssv.org.
