Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant:

On this 9th day of Av, a time of mourning and reflection for the destruction of the two temples on this very day, the loving response of the Living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, for Jews and gentiles, now members of His flock (John 10:16) is to place His Holy Spirit in each of us. We thereby become a temple of the Living God.

Here is the Scripture, 2 Corinthians 6:15-7:1 in the amplified version:

15 What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial (Satan)?

Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 

16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?

For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said:

“I will dwell among them and walk among them;

And I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

17 

“So come out from among unbelievers and be separate,” says the Lord,

“And do not touch what is unclean;

And I will graciously receive you and welcome you [with favor],

18 

And I will be a Father to you,

And you will be My sons and daughters,”

Says the Lord Almighty.

7 Therefore, since we have these [great and wonderful] promises, beloved,

let us cleanse ourselves from everything

that contaminates body and spirit, completing holiness

[living a consecrated life—a life set apart for God’s purpose]

in the fear of God.

Jesus' first word when He preached was "Repent, the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17). Thereafter He send out His disciples to say the same thing: " So they [the first disciples ] went out and preached that people should repent." (Mark 6:12.) Shouldn't you and I now support our 17 repentance preachers to bring alive the Body of Christ and make disciples, as did the first disciples? His Word works!
