Notice of Temporary Closure: COVID-19
To all of our valued patients,

During this time, as always, our #1 priority is the health and well-being of our patients, our staff, and our community. In this unprecedented time, we are committed to doing our part to minimize the impact of this outbreak. Acting in step with the CDA and the ADA recommendations, we have made the difficult decision to close our practice for the next 3 weeks. We will continue to re-evaluate this decision as circumstances allow.

For patients with upcoming appointments during the closure period, we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment .
Open for Dental Emergencies

We will be OPEN on-call in the event of dental emergencies. This will help to relieve the hospital mergency rooms of taking care of these situations. Should you require emergency dental care, please call our office at 408-578-7121. It is our duty and our pleasure to care for our patients of record if you are experiencing pain, aching, and/or swelling.
We want to take this opportunity to assure you that our office has been practicing a high level of infection control for decades. Our rigorous infection control protocols assure that we provide a safe environment for you, your family, and our team. These protocols protect you from a wide variety of colds, viruses, and infectious diseases. In fact, as part of our licensure, we regularly renew our knowledge of these guidelines. We have taken this opportunity to further train our team on these protocols and implement some new ones for your protection.

We wish you continued health and strength and we will make ourselves available to bolster our community back to complete health. May we suggest that you take this time at home with your families to make sure you are brushing for a full 2 minutes twice a day and to perfect your flossing technique!
Keep smiling,

Jaclyn Martinez, DDS
