In concert with the Governor’s Executive Order, the City of Lebanon has created the following guidelines to temporarily allow restaurants to expand their business footprint onto the sidewalk located in the public right-of-way or on privately owned parking facilities without meeting certain City code and permit requirements.
Restaurants have been affected greatly by the unprecedented business shutdown measures taken to combat the spread of COVID-19. The
City of Lebanon’s Restaurant Recovery Program
has been established to ensure restaurants have the greatest ability to operate successfully during the COVID-19 economic recovery. The program entails leveraging available private and public space to be used as expanded areas for restaurants while maintaining public safety requirements.
