Dear Friends,
It feels almost surreal to say this, but IC3 has completed ten years. A full decade since a few of us came together with one heartfelt vision: counseling in every school and purpose for every child.
What began as a small gathering has grown into a global movement of educators, counselors, higher education institutions, and partners who share one belief that every young person deserves guidance and purpose. Each milestone we have reached, each student we have touched, and each school we have connected with has been made possible by you. The story of IC3 is, and will always be, a story of people who chose to come together with care, love, and belief in what is possible.
As we celebrate this milestone, we are also looking ahead with renewed purpose. Across the coming months, many initiatives are being planned and brought to life, all leading up to a special celebration at the 10th Annual IC3 Conference in August 2026. These efforts are an invitation to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine what the next decade of impact could look like together.
Going forward, the IC3 Regional Conferences will take the movement closer to communities through immersive two-day gatherings hosted by schools and universities. These events will create opportunities for collaboration, shared learning, and connection, empowering regional educators to lead the mission and carry the spirit of IC3 into their own local contexts.
Through IC3 On Demand, we are reimagining how we create impact. It begins with listening and understanding the kind of change a school or organization wishes to bring, and then aligning our collective energy to make that vision real. It is an impact-first approach that transforms ideas into meaningful action and helps shape lasting change where it is needed most.
As we move into the next chapter, IC3 will continue to nurture well-being, ethics, and consciousness in education. Because the true work of education is not only about knowledge, but about kindness, empathy, and growth within and beyond the classroom.
Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. These ten years belong to you, to every teacher, counselor, volunteer, and partner who believed in the vision and kept it alive. As we look ahead, we invite you to continue walking with us, to engage with the many initiatives unfolding this year, and to celebrate this milestone with us through the IC3@10 website.
