TenPoint Complete recently joined the SOCAP- the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. SOCAP facilities collaboration, knowledge-sharing and learning among CX specialists and solution providers in various industries, including automotive.
“I saw a post from one of our customers- Sedgwick-on Linked in about the Auto Summit in Detroit,” explained John Webb, Managing Partner at TenPoint Complete. “I had never heard of it, but after checking out their website, I signed up to attend. The presentations were great, and everyone was very receptive- so we decided to join.”

The 2026 SOCAP CX Conference will be held October 6-8 in Chicago.
“This association leans toward the Customer Experience and how the contact center can enhance it and provide value to different stakeholders” said Webb.
