Hi tennis families,
Over the break I have arranged for the coach to send the team workout and skill building routines that they will be able to log to keep track of their progress.
These exercises should all be able to be done from home! I wanted to make sure that even though we are away from practice, students still have the chance to grow as athletes.
The coach is designing these workouts to be 45 min long to be done 4 days a week, which adds up to roughly the same amount of time they would have had practice each week.
Look for this to be sent out early next week!
Outside of that I hope everyone stays safe and healthy. I hope we are able to start up normal practices soon.
