Montgomery TennisPlex wants to assure you that the safety and well-being of our players and staff are our number one priority. We hope to minimize any impact to our facility and look forward to a fun and safe winter tennis season!

Montgomery TennisPlex is closely monitoring developments of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our area and the recent changes to the Montgomery County Executive Order.

The Executive Order states that all persons in the County over the age of two are required to wear a face covering indoors at any public location. Effective Friday, November 20 at 5:00p.m., all players over the age of two must wear a face mask while playing tennis indoors at the TennisPlex.
Below are Montgomery TennisPlex Guidelines and Restrictions: 
 
Please understand that all of the information listed is fluid and is dependent upon updated guidance from the County and State and what we observe at the TennisPlex. We want to keep everyone safe and comfortable while also maintaining the best parts of a Montgomery TennisPlex experience.

Please DO NOT come to Montgomery TennisPlex if you are feeling ill.

  • Face masks are required when entering and exiting the facility. Face masks are required when playing indoors for players over the age of two. Players will be denied access to the facility if they are not wearing a mask or face covering upon entering.

  • Face masks will not be provided by the TennisPlex. Please bring and wear your own face mask.

  • If you participate in our group instructional programs, please bring your own set of gloves.

  • Please do not enter the facility to check in more than 10 minutes before your lesson or court time.

  • All players must have completed the TennisPlex Covid-19 waiver. Please stop at the clubhouse to complete all necessary health waivers and forms if you have not done so.

  • All TennisPlex staff (front desk and coaches) are required to wear face masks at all times.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to ensure their children are respecting social distancing and face-covering guidelines.

  • Parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the indoor tennis bubbles to watch any tennis programs/lessons. 

  • All staff and players need to maintain social distancing of 6 feet.

  • All staff will have their temperature checked upon arrival to the facility.

  • All players must take their temperatures at home before coming to the facility and shall stay home if your temperature is elevated over 100.4 degrees, or show symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in direct contact with someone who has symptoms or is suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Players must complete the Daily Health Form, which is available on MontgomeryTennisPlex.com or in the clubhouse.

  • The restrooms are restricted to 1 occupant at a time unless the occupants are within the same family.

  • Players need to bring their own water and towel. 

  • Players will have designated stations (6 feet apart) upon entering the indoor bubbles for their bags, jackets, water etc. 

  • You will notice large canisters of wipes and hand sanitizer inside both bubbles. We also have hand sanitizer in the Clubhouse as well. If possible, it would help us out a lot if players could bring their own hand sanitizer!

  • Please wash/sanitize your hands prior to and after your lesson.
